Meet Nicole, a committed expert with experience in medical office front desk operations and customer service. Beyond work, Nicole finds joy in traveling, reading, and strolling along the beach. She’s thrilled to embark on a new journey of personal and professional growth while making a positive difference alongside an outstanding team.

Welton, originally from Brazil, has worked in the dental industry for nearly 15 years, specializing in orthodontics. For 12 of those years, he partnered with a respected orthodontist, helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles—especially those who once felt afraid to show them.

Outside of dentistry, Welton enjoys cooking and baking, a passion he learned from his mother, Carlita. His career journey is as diverse as his interests, with past roles including work for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, participation in a paranormal show with NBC, and leadership in Human Resources Management.

Manal, hailing from Morocco, holds a degree in dental technology. After a successful stint as a dental technician, she embarked on a new journey in the United States, where she specialized in pediatric and orthodontic dentistry as a dental assistant. Her passion for Boston life is evident as she thrives in the city, relishing outings with friends, exploring a diverse range of restaurants, and wandering through downtown streets to admire the captivating architecture. Manal’s dedication to oral health and her vibrant urban lifestyle define her dynamic personality, making her an integral part of both the dental profession and the bustling cityscape.

Andy is from Michigan, and is brought out to beautiful Massachusetts for academics. Andy has a knack for effortlessly connecting with the young kids and matching their energy.

When out of office, Andy enjoys playing hockey as he did in college and running his non-profit organization called Men-In-Blades “MIB”.  He started his organization to raise money for ACS by rollerblading from Boston to his hometown in Michigan. His dedication and thoughtfulness is proudly reflected in our office.

Alex is a skilled and compassionate orthodontic assistant who brings a wealth of experience and a warm, friendly approach to our team. Originally from Arizona, she moved to Boston two years ago and quickly became an integral part of our practice.
With a certificate in dental assisting, Alex is highly proficient in all aspects of orthodontic care. She excels at working with children, ensuring that young patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Her ability to connect with kids and create a positive, stress-free environment is a testament to her dedication and passion for orthodontics.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the vibrant culture of Boston and spending time outdoors. She is committed to providing exceptional care and making every patient’s orthodontic journey a positive and enjoyable experience.
