Meet Nicole, a committed expert with experience in medical office front desk operations and customer service. Beyond work, Nicole finds joy in traveling, reading, and strolling along the beach. She’s thrilled to embark on a new journey of personal and professional growth while making a positive difference alongside an outstanding team.
Katie, Patient Care Specialist
Katie is a Virginia native who recently made the move to Massachusetts in March 2023. She graduated from high school in 2018 and went on to study at a community college, pursuing an associate of science degree with a specialization in mathematics.
Katie has had a diverse range of work experiences, having worked as a hostess, bartender, server, and shift leader before transitioning to her current role as a receptionist. Although she misses her family back home, Katie is thrilled to be embarking on a new adventure in a different state.
Raman, Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Raman is a passionate individual who finds joy in exploring the world both internationally and within the United States, often with family, cherishing the moments spent together. An avid foodie, Raman has an appreciation for all cuisines and enjoys savoring culinary experiences from around the globe.
From a young age, Raman has embraced the art of dance, with a journey that began at the age of 4. In the academic realm, Raman’s dedication and hard work paid off, earning the title of topper in the dental assisting program. This commitment was further recognized with the award of a plaque for outstanding work in dental assisting technology.
Raman’s heart is deeply connected to her Sikh faith, following it with unwavering devotion. Her love for children became evident while playing with her two nieces, discovering immense joy in making kids smile.
With an innate inclination for organization, Raman thrives in structured environments. To add to this impressive list of achievements, Raman holds a Certificate of Completion in Dental Assisting from Somerville Assisting, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and development.
Manal, Orthodontic Assistant
Manal, hailing from Morocco, holds a degree in dental technology. After a successful stint as a dental technician, she embarked on a new journey in the United States, where she specialized in pediatric and orthodontic dentistry as a dental assistant. Her passion for Boston life is evident as she thrives in the city, relishing outings with friends, exploring a diverse range of restaurants, and wandering through downtown streets to admire the captivating architecture. Manal’s dedication to oral health and her vibrant urban lifestyle define her dynamic personality, making her an integral part of both the dental profession and the bustling cityscape.
Andy, Orthodontic Assistant
Andy is from Michigan, and is brought out to beautiful Massachusetts for academics. Andy has a knack for effortlessly connecting with the young kids and matching their energy.
When out of office, Andy enjoys playing hockey as he did in college and running his non-profit organization called Men-In-Blades “MIB”. He started his organization to raise money for ACS by rollerblading from Boston to his hometown in Michigan. His dedication and thoughtfulness is proudly reflected in our office.
